Alloy wheels are every manufacturers’ wheels of choice. The light weight of aluminium, along with its good looks, provide a far more attractive proposition for customers than outdated steel rims with plastic covers, now found only on bottom of the range models.
Unfortunately, alloys are easily damaged and expensive to replace creating the need for a quick and easy repair and refurbishment service that can restore kerb rash, scratched and scraped alloy wheels to sparkling as new appearance.
Cosmetic damage including light corrosion and pitted or peeling paint can also be reconditioned to exactly match the manufacturer’s original finish.

OUR PROCESS
STEP 01.
Firstly we remove the damaged wheels from your car for inspection and thorough cleaning with special solvents to remove all oil, dirt, and deposits of baked on brake dust.
STEP 02.
We carefully grind and smooth the surface with the appropriate abrasives to restore the damaged areas and remove any light corrosion.
STEP 03.
We apply a coat of primer to key into the surface followed by an accurately matched colour coat followed by mat, satin, or gloss lacquer. We then bake the rims under special infrared lamps to cure and harden the finish.
Step 04.
Finally we refit your shiny new wheels and you are good to go!

We do not paint the back of the wheel.
We do not repair buckled, severely damaged or corroded wheels requiring welding or straightening although we can arrange for a separate quote to have this work carried out at your own risk if requested.
