FAQs
What size wheels can you repair?
We can refurbish any size of wheel with a painted finish. We restore rims with a Diamond Cut finish from 14” - 24” with the tire on and up to 30” with the tire removed.
How long does it take?
This varies depending on the amount of work needed to perfectly restore each individual wheel, however a rough estimate is 60 minutes per rim.
Can you PAINT match undamaged rims?
We use the very latest technology to achieve a perfect match with the the existing rims on your vehicle, however, paint dulls and fades over time due to sunlight so depending on the age of your vehicle it may not be possible to replicate the patina of old rims. In that case we suggest pairing freshly restored wheels on the same side, or better still give all of your dull and faded wheels a new lease of life.
Can you work anywhere?
We need a flat, level area to park both vehicle next to each other. An available 230 v power supply is helpful but not essential. We do not work at the roadside due to the hazard caused by passing traffic.
What about bad weather?
We can work in most weather conditions, but obviously snow, ice, very heavy rain, or high winds, can cause us problems. Sub zero temperatures can hinder our paint process.
Can I come to you?
Yes, we can arrange a suitable time and place to meet and carry out the work.
How do we pay you?
We accept Twint and all credit and debit cards. If you are not going to be present at the time we do the work you must advise us and pay in full beforehand. We do not accept cash payments.
can i do anything before your arrival?
Yes, you can ensure the vehicle is suitably parked with the keys available. We also ask that you clean, preferably by power-washing, the wheels to remove superficial dirt and grime.
Important Do not use any silicone based polish or tire blacking products on rims or tires.
