Our Repair Process
When we arrive, we follow a careful process to ensure the best possible result.
- We park the van and set up our equipment
- The damaged wheel is safely removed from the vehicle
- The damaged area is prepared and repaired
- The wheel is repainted using several colour-matched coats
- The wheel dries in our heated mobile paint booth
- A final protective lacquer is applied
- The tyre is reinflated and the wheel refitted to the vehicle
The result is a refurbished wheel that looks like new again.
Typical Cost
Most repairs cost between:
200 CHF – 240 CHF per wheel
This includes the mobile call-out service, saving you time and avoiding the need to visit a workshop.
Discounts are often available when repairing all four wheels.
Important Tips Before and After Repair
To ensure the best finish:
Before the repair
- Do not apply tyre shine or tyre dressing
- These products contain silicone which prevents paint from bonding correctly
After the repair
- Do not wash the wheels for at least 4 days
- Avoid ceramic coating or wax during this time
This allows the lacquer to fully harden for maximum durability.
